Hi, my name is
Taylor.
As a manual therapist and educator, I understand the importance of continually expanding our understanding of the body and its possibilities. My goal is to help practitioners develop practical skills that integrate manual therapy, movement, and exercise, allowing them to work with greater versatility, effectiveness, and longevity. Being our best selves allows us to provide the best care we are capable of giving.
From Practice to Education
Allow me to introduce myself.
I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy back in 2007. Over the past 15 years, I’ve enjoyed a variety of therapy practices, from spa to rehab settings. And I’ve seen a lot of people in chronic pain, especially back pain. I’ve taught at my alma mater too! For 8 years, I was honoured to be the leader of the school’s Practical Team, served as a Subject Matter Expert, taught advanced-level courses, and served as a school administrator as well.
I’ve got a special interest in blending exercise and manual therapy. And through my years on the job and additional coursework, I’ve added to my experience and understanding of various manual therapies, therapeutic exercise, movement coaching, and strength training.
Yes. You could say I’m passionate about my career. But I’m equally passionate about helping other practitioners unlock the possibilities for their own careers. I’m always on the lookout for new information and curriculum that will expand possibilities for myself and my colleagues.
